Sie sind in TUMonline als Gast eingetragen. Gäste werden in TUMonline i.d.R. als Mitarbeiter geführt -- allerdings nicht bezüglich MATLAB !
Sie haben auf der TUMonline-Software-Seite keinen Zugang zur MATLAB-Software des TAH-Rahmenvertrages, da Sie in TUMonline als "Gast" registriert sind. Für Gäste gelten spezielle, verschärfte Bedingungen zur Nutzung des TAH und es existiert ein anderer Zugang zur Software.
Das Lizenzrecht für den TAH-Rahmenvertrag zur kostenfreien Nutzung der Matlab Software (TAH-Matlab) sieht für Gäste so aus:
1. Inhaltliche Voraussetzungen: Sämtliche Programme und Projekte, die TAH-Matlab-Code beinhalten, dürfen ausschließlich für die Forschung und Lehre genutzt werden. Das ist sehr wichtig! Hat das Programm Teile mit TAH-Matlab-Code, die später von einem Industriepartner kommerziell eingesetzt werden sollen, ist dies eine Lizenzverletzung!
2. Technische Voraussetzungen
Der Rechner, auf dem TAH-Matlab installiert und verwendet wird, sollte der TUM gehören (d.h. von der TUM inventarisiert, gestellt oder finanziert sein).
Sie müssen nun selbst entscheiden, ob in Ihrer Situation das o.g. Lizenzrecht erfüllt ist. Wenn ja, sollten sie als Mitarbeiter der TUM (lt. TUMonline) gemäß unserer Wiki Seite TAH-Matlab als ISO-Images erhalten und installieren können.

For guests special, tightened conditions apply for the use of the TAH and there is another access to the software.
The license for the TAH contract for the free use of Matlab software (TAH-Matlab) looks like this for guests:
1. Content requirements: All programs and projects that contain TAH Matlab code may only be used for research and teaching. This is very important! If the program has parts with TAH-Matlab code, which are later to be used commercially by an industrial partner, this is a license violation!
2. Technical requirements: The computer on which TAH-Matlab is installed and used should be owned by the TUM (i.e., provided, licensed or funded by TUM).
You now have to decide for yourself if the above License is fulfilled. If so, we will give you access to a Matlab ISO file, which will not need to be activated/reactivated.
