How does the intranet login work?

Registration is not necessary...
To be able to login to the intranet.in.tum.de you have to use the MyTum / TUM login with the corresponding password. For example: firstname.Surename@mytum.de or lrz-account@mytum.de or firstname.Surename@tum.de
If the registration on the MyTum portal does not work https://portal.mytum.de/navigation_view, then the Problem is probably your Account . If the login on the portal works, it is possibly the incorrect assignment of the organizational unit in Tum Online / group in TumOnline.
For all other cases ask Mr. Ulrich Eck, who administers the intranet.

for a successful login to the intranet Homepage ,you are able to access to all other pages and workspaces
Our intranet server intranet.in.tum.de is in Moved to LRZ-VPN shortly. The exact date will be timely announced.
Please note the following:
For working at the Garching location from the computer science network changes nothing.
A VPN is required to work from outside the TU network, which each employee can activate via the LRZ. A Instructions can be found here:

If you have any questions, please contact yours System administrator.
Should someone nevertheless have to access the intranet server and not have an LRZ ID, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can set it up.
