Are there any differences regarding the functionality and what is the newest version on Studisoft?

Answer to question 1:

Regarding the functionality the Windows 10 Education and Enterprise version are basically the same. There is one exception, which relates to the settings of data privacy. In contrast to Windows 10 Enterprise it is not possible to fully disable the “Sending of diagnostics (telemetry)” on Windows 10 Education. Source
