I'm an employee and I downloaded Office 2016 from Studisoft (MS Campus EES). I did not receive any error message concerning the activation. E.g. in Word, it said, that Office already have been activated.

Although I typed these commands into the command prompt, which gave me these results:

Can you tell me please, how this is possible and if I need further steps in order to keep Office activated?

The activation via KMS is in general done automatically. After the initial installation the program is trying to re-activate itself via *kms.informatik.tu-muenchen.de * all 120 days. For this re-activation, the computer must be within the range of the MWN network.
