Turn on Automatic Updates in Office Professional Plus 2016

I've installed Office Professional Plus 2016 and Windows 10 aus from the MS Campus EES program and activated it via this tutorial Wiki Ms Campus EES. How can I turn on Automatic Updates in Office Professional Plus 2016 in Windows 10?

In the Settings in *Advanced Settings * you can enable the Automatic Updates for Office by selecting "Give me updates for other Microsoft products when I update Windows"

In the section "View installed update history" you can see the history of installed updates.

However, this approach does not exist in Windows 7 Enterprise. In order to enable Automatic Updates one possibility is to download the program "Microsoft Silverlight" and then activate automatic updates. After this the Office updates are installed automatically.
