You might not be able to access the kms server. This depends on your location and intranet.

To determine if you can connect to the kms server you can try pinging it. (Command promt: ping kms.tu-muenchen.de)

If you cannot reach it the cause might be

• your institut might not be entitled to the license
• your PC might connect through a sub net that is blocked by the firewall of the kms server. (to determine we need your sub net)
