What does error code 0xC004C003 at KMS activation mean??

After activation, this error is generated:

Windows(R), Professional edition (8da2dfae-e4f5-4e6a-9272-96f8470e033e) wird aktiviert... error: 0xC004C003 The activation server determined the specified product key is blocked

One workaround could be:

Make sure you are in the MWN network(VPN, eduroam..)
Visit this website and look for the suitable key for your Windows version
Type in the key and try to activate again
Maybe you should not be online, while typing in the key, if the change of the key causes errors.
