FollowMe: Hold for Authentication

Via RBG Network I get the error message "Hold for Authentication". In ucentral I see that I can't print from my computer. It was possible yesterday, though. Did something change? What should I do?

Do you have a VPN Connection and start the AnyConnect Program? If yes, printing via followMe is not possible. Please close AnyConnect, follow the VPN configure instructions on ucentral and try again.
