Activate "Ribbon and Toolbar" in Office for Mac

I downloaded Office for Mac from Studisoft and I currently can't activate the "Ribbon and Toolbar" menu, because I don't have an Office 365 subscription. Is the version I have not a full one?

You do have a complete version of Office, but this functionality is only available if you have an Office 365 subscription.
