Guest-copy cards for guest

Hello A guest of the Faculty of Computer Science would like to print via FollowMe. I have readen on RBG Website (https://www.rbg.tum.de/en/it-service-...) that there is a copy card for guests. How can I get it? is there other informations? How can I register these cards to the guest?

Chair admins do have some copy cards. If someone need a copy card have to contact his chair admin. He musts write an eMail to rbg@in.tum.de . So that we can move this email to system.
