Wrong format when printing via ucentral

Hello, Yesterday I wanted to print my Vorlesungsskripts in the hall though ucentral. But doesn't work. I asked a helpdesk college, and he told me that the format of my PDF was wrong. It was downloaded pdf and though ucentral man can not chose the format. Fortunately I could use one of the blackboxs in the hall to print. I would like to know what is happened if it is possible to chose the format?

even if the extension of the file is .pdf, it can still have a different format. You can check it in the terminal with the file file name command (for example, file test.pdf). Probably the document was not PDf and therefore you could not print it via ucentral. If that is not the reason, please send the document to rbg@in.tum.de.
