When printing via Ucentral is the error print.in.tum.de could not be called?

As employee would like to use ucentral for printing a document. But I see this error: "Kann https://print.in.tum.de/ipdb/ipdb-use... nicht aufrufen (0)"

how can I fix this error and print from my computer?

To fix this error press "F5". If the error message still exists, try to copy the link in a new tab and accept the certificate. It must work after refresh. Even if you were able to fix the error in this way, we ask you to send an e-mail to rbg@in.tum.de.
