Can i keep my musterma@in.tum.de E-mail address after my contract has ended?

In order to keep you in.tum / RBG email address, you must contact your chair administrator. The i99 chair administrator could request a guest account for you or convert your current employee account into a guest account, so that you can keep your in.tum account or your in.tum / RBG e-mail address.

However, keep in mind that the chair administrator must extend the guest account every 3 years. As long as you have access to your in.tum email address, you can forward your in.tum emails to another email address via ucentral.in.tum.de.
