Die Zertifikatserstellung bedarf der persönlichen Ausweiskontrolle. In Ausnahmefällen wie mangelndes Zutrittsrecht ins FMI-Gebäude oder langfristiger Auslandsaufenthalt bieten wir zur Zertifikatsausstellung die Ausweiskontrolle per Videochat (https://bbb.in.tum.de/https://bbb.ma.tum.de) an. Allerdings akzeptieren wir nur besondere Arten von Ausweisen. Sie finden die Liste akzeptierter Ausweisdokumente hier. Bei nicht akzeptierten Dokumenten ist das persönliche Erscheinen ist nötig.
Für die Ausweiskontrolle per Videochat ist ein Smartphone bzw. Laptopkamera mit guter Auflösung notwendig, ebenso sind gute Lichtverhältnisse erforderlich.
Schicken Sie uns bitte eine E-Mail mit dem unterschriebenen Zertifikatsantrag und Art und Erstellungsdatum des Ausweisdokuments an rbg@in.tum.de oder an rbg@ma.tum.de, um einen Termin für den Videochat zu vereinbaren. Es ist wichtig, dass wir die oben genanten Informationen und den Antrag haben, damit wir überprüfen können, ob wir Ihre Identität online kontrollieren dürfen.

The creation of the certificate requires personal ID control. In exceptional cases, such as a lack of access to the FMI building or a long-term stay abroad, we offer ID verification via video chat (https://bbb.in.tum.de/https://bbb.ma.tum.de) to issue the certificate. However, we only accept special types of ID. You can find the list of accepted ID documents here. If documents are not accepted, a personal appearance is necessary.
A smartphone or laptop camera with good resolution is required for ID card control via video chat, and good lighting conditions are also required.
Please send us an e-mail with the signed certificate application and the type and date of creation of the ID document to rbg@in.tum.de or to rbg@ma.tum.de to make an appointment for the video chat. It is important that we have the above information and application so that we can verify that we can control your identity online.
