Hosting of one SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management client

I am a new lecturer at a College for ERP Studies and will start teaching in October. The link sent to me to log in: https://srs.sapucc.in.tum.de/sap/... . Brings me to the FIORI homepage and it's working OK.

I request the server settings in order to also log in from the SAP GUI in order to prepare the learning materials and define users for the students.

In addition, I would be grateful for documentation on the basis of which scenario the system was established (documentation of best practice).
