I need to use Microsoft 365 software, which account do I use and how?

In order to use Microsoft 365 software, you need to activate your Microsoft 365 Account.

In TUMOnline, go to the Microsoft 365 Account tab.
Click on Activate account.
Wait until it is activated (your account status will be shown in green afterwards).
When opening 365 software, log in with your LRZ E-Mail (ab123cd@tum.de)
