Open VPN connection issues

Hi,

am experiencing difficulties while attempting to connect to the university's OpenVPN using Tunnelblick. Specifically, the process stalls during the "Authorizing" phase, and I receive the following error messages:

2023-09-11 13:05:17.021677 TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity) 2023-09-11 13:05:17.022866 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed

vpn name: if27

reason: trying to connect to legal tech chair servers to use the gpus. my rbg name has been added by the supervisor and I am using Tunnelblick to connect using the IF27 from https://vpn.rbg.tum.de/
