Können Studierende aufs Intranet zugreifen? Can students access the intranet?

Deat TUM IT-Support team, I am student of M.Sc. in Neuroengineering at TUM. When I tried to enter to the link sent to me by my supervisor, first it said my credentials (the ones I use for logging into other TUM interfaces or for Element) was wrong and when I tried a different combination afterwards, it said my account is deactivated and that I should get in touch with the system administrator. What should I do in this case and how can I possibly access to the system? Thanks.
