My name is Max Mustermann. I am writing you for applying an extra access for downloading MS Office with my TUM account. I am currently a PhD student under supervision of Prof. Mya Muster. My current TUM account only allows me to use the web version of MS office. I would like to also download the software and use them offline. Can you please help my with this?

I want to give you that the compliance advice that for guests only the online version of Microsoft Office is allowed! If you need Office Pro Plus you have to buy it over your department. The "Microsoft Select Plus" contract from the LRZ offers cost-effective licenses (e.g. Office Professional Plus, Visio, Project).
