Not been able to log into TUM Mail

Dear IT Support Team, My name is xyz, and I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of x of TUM. Recently, my guest status has been renewed. However, since then, I have not been able to log into my TUM Mail (xyz@tum.de). What could I do to get back my access? Thank you very much in advance.

If the person clicks on the email addresses (under Resources) on their business card and selects 'Exchange' there, they can open the TUM emails on mail.tum.de and set up the TUM account in their mail.
