What steps do I have to follow if I can not connect to eduroam?

Try following these steps to download the configuration profile:

2- Choose Services, Münchener Wissenschaftsnetz, WLAN/Wifi Access and then eduroam.

3- Choose the correct operating system and run the .exe file
